Increasing cyclists in London

London is becoming a cycling city. Since 2005, which had the tragedy of the suicide bomb attack, a mumbler of cyclists are increasing dramatically. In fact, it has risen 83% from 2000 to 2007 and it is almost 500,000 cyclists per a day in 2007. Also, as this bar chart shows increasing cyclists which is counted crossing the City boundary on a single day in a given year. As it describe, it increased roughly 325% since 1999.

By these results, I can say that cycling in London is a big trend in 2000s. Even it is not subculture, it has surely influenced people's lifestyle and fashion. So I am going to research about cycling culture in London.
